*Please note: Attendance is optional for the winner; The winning ticket holder will be contacted by telephone, if the the purchaser chooses not to attend or they cannot be reached by the designated time (15 minutes) for selecting a card, and cannot send a designate, they forfeit the right to select a card from the deck for themselves and the designated person from the Canadian Progress Club Halifax Citadel will select on their behalf in the front of a minimum of 3 people. No further tickets can be drawn.
